Manchester City Close to Sign Joao Cancleo
According to reports in Italy, Manchester City has once again ignited their interest in signing the Portuguese Right-back.
Last month, the rumors of Joao Cancelo signing for the Premier League Champions were making the round in Italy and England.

The main reason behind the deal not going through was that Manchester City officials were trying to add Brazillian player Danilo in the deal which Juventus didn't like.

As reported by Juventus correspondant for Goal.com Manchester City is in talks with the Italian Champions for the possible transfer of the 25-year-old full-back.

The two times back to back Premier League title holders are again trying to pen down a deal with Cancelo.

City is trying to strengthen its defense to increase their chances of winning the prestigious Champions League trophy, which they have never been able to achieve yet.

Though last season they won the English treble but again came out short in the Champions League and were thrown out by a team which did zero summer signings last year and still managed to throw City out in the quarterfinal stages of the game.
Cancelo possesses significant pace and has lots of ticks and tricks under his sleeve. He has sharp passing and crossing abilities, which will get even better with time and experience.

The Portuguese right-back has everything to shine at any club in the world. But we are unable to understand why would Juventus let such great leave when they are also fighting to win the Champions League.
