João Félix: A real talent or just another hype?

The young Portuguese prodigy surfaced into headlines when he scored three goals past Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League becoming the youngest player ever to score a hat-trick in the competition.

Last season, the young whizz looked extremely versatile with Benefica. At times playing as a winger, a striker or an attacking midfielder. His movements and playing style reminds us of the quick feat young Ronaldo of Manchester United but his body dynamics are more close to Messi which gives him that rare ability to dribble past players easily.

At 19-years of age, he has given some world-class assists and adoring passes that shows his sharp and exquisite vision plus he also heads the ball well. This young lad had a serious impact in S.L. Benfica winning the Primeira Liga in Portugal. For Benfica, Joao Felix scored 18 goals and gave 10 assists last season.

His playing style is absolutely impressive and no one would be surprised if he becomes one of the best players in the upcoming years.

Maintaining the form and the kind of season he just had with Benefica for the next 10 or 12 years is nearly impossible because till now only two guys have been able to achieve the mark.

Still, the contribution he had for Benfica can't be underrated and it looks like the lad is not going to stop anytime soon and has just started having the sweet taste of success.
